At PVP, we encourage all personnel to enhance their knowledge and management skills through participation in a variety of seminars and courses offered by industry institutions such as the Association for Project Management Hong Kong (APMHK), Urban Land Institute (ULI) and International Facilities Management Association (IFMA). We also believe sharing experiences is a valuable learning and team-building tool, so we periodically gather to tour project sites, exchange experiences, and share insights gained on unique assignments.

Implementation of a customized online project management system, ProjectTalk , is the principal technological capability that sets us apart, so we always consider enhancements and improvements in its use as critical to our competitive edge. To support this effort, we've developed an informal bi-monthly forum to share ideas and obtain feedback among primary users. We also participate in regional and national user group conferences and organize and administer our own training in-house
